Role Description
This is a 1-3 months part-time (magang) on-site role for a Technical Support Officer located in Jakarta Selatan. The Technical Support Officer will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting issues, analyzing problems, and providing timely resolution. The role also involves maintaining communication with clients to understand their technical needs and deliver exceptional customer service.
Open to recruit as full-time staff if applicable.
Qualifications
Available from July 1, 2025 until (at least) mid Aug 2025
Have Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
Open for Bachelor's Student min. 3rd Grade
Major in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Ability to work independently or in team
