Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the recruitment efforts to attract and secure top talent for the organization. This role requires building strong relationships across the business and delivering results in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and Sourcing Senior Associates to achieve hiring objectives.
Training Development: Create and implement training programs to enhance team skills and effectiveness.
Metrics Analysis: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, retention rates, cost-per-hire) to assess team performance and identify improvement areas.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with leaders to understand hiring needs and provide consultation on effective talent acquisition strategies.
Market Research: Conduct research on hiring trends to develop innovative sourcing strategies, including talent mapping and leveraging social media.
Employer Branding: Partner with the Marketing Team to promote the company as an employer of choice through branding initiatives.
Partnership Management: Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, universities, and relevant partners.
Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
Experience: 6-8 years in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 3 years in U.S. recruitment processes and 4+ years in a leadership role.
Skills and Competencies
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse groups of directors.
Analytical Thinking: Strong reasoning abilities to solve practical problems and interpret various forms of information.
Leadership: Effective interpersonal skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze situations and develop strategic solutions.
