Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree preferrably Education or Food & Beverage Services Management
Preferably with 1-2 years work experience in a Food Industry: As a Crew Team Leader in a fast food chain, Management Trainee, School Instructor, or equivalent
Willing to travel and do field work
Must have good communication skills both oral and written
Must have good interpersonal skills
Creative, Flexible and Hardworking
Outgoing, vibrant, and can easily adapt to various situations
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and conducts Operations and Skills Development Training Programs specifically on Food Safety and Sanitation Standards
Certifies, and assess restaurant personnel on Food Safety and Sanitation standards.
Cascade new and updated Operational Procedure to Operations
Supports the Business Center in the implementation of Rotisserie Operations Standards and Requirements
Sends training reports relevant to the Business Center and to other Support Centers
Evaluate compliance of newly deployed crew to Rotisserie Operations Standards and Procedures particularly on Food Safety and Sanitation
Performs other duties which may be assigned from time to time
