Sales Coordinator

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Consolidate weekly sales nationwide and email to hatchery coordinators;

Follow up payments of customers for validation before release of products;

Coordinate delivery details between customers and hatchery sources daily;

Issue necessary sales order sequence every delivery and issue credit card memo as needed.

Receive online payment for validation and check payment for remittance;

Make sales and survey report;

Reconcile customer balance and update shared billings with Credit and Collection Department;

Issue sales invoice and collection receipt as needed;

Make weekly and monthly sales reports for signature and submission for Credit and Collection and MIS Departments;

Make materials and/or payment requisition.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Soil Science, or any related course;

With 1-2 years of working experience as Sales Coordinator;

Willing to work onsite, BGC, Taguig, City.

Computer proficient.
