Duties & Responsibilities
Role Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic Intern: Business Development & Digital Marketing to join our fast-growing agri-tech business. You’ll work closely with our executive team to identify new customer segments, build brand visibility, and test innovative go-to-market strategies both locally and abroad.
This is a high-impact internship that blends strategy, storytelling, and field engagement - perfect for someone entrepreneurial, digitally savvy, and passionate about sustainability and agri-innovation.
Key Responsibilities\uD83E\uDDE0 Business DevelopmentAssist with identifying and profiling high-value farming operations and agri-distributors.
Support lead generation via LinkedIn, CRM, and outbound outreach.
Coordinate trial installations and assist with ROI tracking and follow-up.
Conduct competitor research and customer interviews.
Conduct cold-calling and direct customer outreach.
\uD83D\uDCE3 Digital MarketingHelp build and execute content calendars (case studies, reels, newsletters)
Curate content from the field and turn it into conversion-ready marketing assets
\uD83D\uDCCA Strategy & GrowthCo-develop campaign ideas aligned with seasonal cycles and product trials
Explore international expansion opportunities in key export markets

Curious, adaptable, and comfortable working in a small but fast-paced team.
Passionate about agriculture, the environment and technological innovation.
