Established in 2002, PT. Solid Gold Berjangka Jakarta (Head Office) is a futures brokerage company registered and supervised by the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency (BAPPEBTI). With more than 20 years of experience in the Commodity Futures Trading industry, SGB is a member of PT Bursa Berjangka Jakarta (BBJ) and PT Kliring Berjangka Indonesia (Persero).

Currently the transaction services of PT Solid Gold Berjangka continue to expand with a total of 3 operational offices spread across Jakarta, Semarang, Makassar.

Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Recruitment Officer Intern, located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Recruitment Officer Intern will be responsible for developing job descriptions, participating in the hiring process, conducting interviews, and supporting various recruiting activities. The intern will work closely with the HR team to understand recruitment needs and assist in attracting and selecting top talent for the organization.

Experience in Job Description Development and Hiring

Interviewing skills

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools is a plus

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
