MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Recruitment Intern, you will support the recruitment team throughout the end-to-end hiring process, from screening candidates to assisting with onboarding. You will also be involved in employer branding initiatives, including participating in related events, building relationships with educational institutions, and helping to create engaging social media content. This internship provides valuable hands-on experience across the entire talent acquisition cycle, offering meaningful learning opportunities for your future career in Human Resources.
REQUIREMENTS
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from a reputable university (final-year students are welcome).
Available to work onsite at least 4 days per week.
Proactive and able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with new people or speaking in public.
