Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of hospitality-related projects from initiation to completion—renovations, service rollouts, facility improvements, and guest experience enhancements.
Lead cross-functional coordination with department heads (Spa, Housekeeping, Front Office, Maintenance, etc.) to ensure smooth execution and accountability.
Track and enforce project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to keep all initiatives on track.
Prepare detailed project documentation and status reports; communicate progress and issues clearly to management.
Step in confidently as the key decision-maker on project matters when the CEO is unavailable.
Requirements
2–3 years of hands-on project administration or coordination experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
A natural leader with strong organizational and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project).
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
Confident working independently, with a take-the-initiative mindset.
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a strong advantage.
