Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Business Development:
• Identify new business opportunities in redevelopment green field projects in MMRDA region.
• Liaison with authorities to understand title clearance and carrying due diligence for new or existing land deposition.
• Coordinate with local government bodies (MCGM, MHADA) for approvals and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Feasibility studies with business development plan
• Provide expertise on DCPR 2034 provisions and various regulatory matters.
2. Design and Development & Feasibility Studies:
• Work with architect teams & society to design and develop plans for residential, commercial.
• Co-ordinate with architect department to develop further plants in design and FSI cash.
• Liaison with society members presenting them the feasible offering.
• Provide expertise in redevelopment of projects viz: 33/5, 33/7 and 33/9, etc.
3. Participate in Tendering Process:
• Check tenders in newspapers and online portals.
• Prepare requisitions for tender purchase fees.
• Purchase tenders from PMC or society office.
• Manage the tendering process, including submission, evaluation, and awarding of contracts.
4. Society Management
• Remain involved in entire project from IOD to OC.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Coordination for identifying and mitigating risks associated with projects.
• Arranging the society meetings at various stage of the redevelopment.
• Coordinate with society members, manage meeting logistics, and ensure effective communication.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project documents, approvals, and correspondence.
• Prepare and submit reports to management on project progress, issues, and risks.
6. Stakeholder Management:
• Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination with stakeholders.
7. Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and opportunities for professional development.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Understanding the local market / customers / competition / offerings

Qualification
• MBA or master’s degree in business, Engineering, B. Arch or related field.
Knowledge
• Business development, project management, finance, marketing, and operations.
