Job Title: IT Support Specialist
Location: Evolve Online School (Remote/On-site as needed)

Job Summary:
Evolve Online School seeks a dynamic and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our technology team. This role is of utmost importance as it provides essential technical support to our students, parents, and teachers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience with our online learning platform. The role also includes managing backend systems and overseeing the micromanufacturing setup, making it a diverse and exciting opportunity. The ideal candidate will be adept in managing Active Directory and our Learning Management System (Learner Management System) to ensure secure and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
Provide timely and effective technical support to students, parents, and teachers.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with applications on MS Windows and iPad devices.
Assist with setting up and maintaining user accounts, passwords, and permissions within the school's systems.
Application Management:
Manage the backend of the school's various online applications, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning correctly.
Monitor and maintain software used in the learning environment, including Learner Management System and other educational tools.
Micromanufacturing Setup:
Manage and maintain micromanufacturing equipment, including the laser cutter, UV printer, and CNC router.
Provide training and support to users of these devices, ensuring safe and effective operation.
System Administration:
Administer and manage the school's Active Directory infrastructure.
Oversee the Learning Management System, ensuring smooth operation and user accessibility.
Implement security protocols to protect school data and manage access controls.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the AIT Team and other departments to support school-wide technology initiatives.
Provide training sessions for staff and students to improve their technical proficiency.
Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure the availability of necessary resources and support.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or related roles.
Experience with MS Windows, iOS (iPad), Active Directory, and Learning Management Systems (Learner Management System).
