Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Recruit candidates for employment especially for the internal office while offering support and checks for the recruitment done by the resourcing officers.
Screen resourced/recruited candidates for training.
Administer the company employment form and guide candidates to fill them properly.
Conduct orientation for new staffs
Ensure proper update of staff records.
Administer all onboarding materials upon resumption of new staff.
Relations Support:
Overseeing employee orientation and training.
Liaising between employees and management.
Managing employee complaints.
Undertaking communications and interpersonal skills training.
Arranging employee physical examinations.
Prepares reports and enters and updates leave, leave allowance and other entitlements.
Compliance Audit:
Ensures accurate attendance entry and submitted on time.
Send in All documentations of new staff before deployment.
Assist with the computations & submission of overtime and documentations on payroll.
Ensuring staff information accuracy.
Ensures strict compliance with the company policies & procedures.
Assist vetting officers to staff information for necessary vetting and investigations.
