At our Hotel, Our Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a welcoming and seamless experience. This role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Services: Greet guests warmly, manage check-in and check-out processes, and respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly.
Reservations Management: Handle bookings, cancellations, and modifications via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring accuracy in reservation systems.
Customer Support: Address guest concerns or complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
Coordination: Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs and maintain smooth operations.
Administrative Tasks: Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate records of guest transactions and interactions.
Information Provision: Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
