Data Communications Analysts (telecommunications workers)

Strong knowledge of data communication protocols, such as TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, and DHCP.

Proficiency in network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and network monitoring tools.

Experience with network troubleshooting and performance monitoring.

Understanding of data security principles and best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Data Communications Analyst or in a similar role.

Relevant certifications, such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), are a plus.

In-depth knowledge of data communication protocols and network infrastructure.

Familiarity with network security principles and best practices.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure.
