Job Description
Handles high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls in a timely manner
Addresses customer inquiries related to products, services, or account status
Provides accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools
Resolves customer complaints efficiently, aiming for first-call resolution
Escalates complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
Follows communication scripts and guidelines when handling calls
Maintains customer records by updating account information
Job Qualifications
Minimum educational requirements: High School graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School graduate
Amenable to start as soon as possible
Amenable to work onsite and shifting schedule
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and comprehension skills
