Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (a Master’s degree is an added advantage).

Minimum of 3–5 years of proven work experience in civil engineering and construction projects.

Must be COREN registered or in the process of registration.

Strong knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.

Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and site supervision.

Proficient in interpreting structural and architectural drawings.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and contractors on-site.

High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and time management.
