
Canteen Purchasing Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Contacting suppliers and placing an order with the supplier.
Conducting monthly supplier visits for price comparison.
Review weekly invoices from foodstuff suppliers and summarize orders.
Placing daily orders for urgent or VIP foodstuffs is needed.
Ensuring that delivery orders match purchase orders (PO and DO).
Monitoring and summarizing monthly spending against the canteen's budget.
Handling daily meal card top-up and refund requests.
Ensuring the smooth operation of the EDC machine and tracking weekly transactions.
Requirements:
Fluency in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
Bachelor's degree from any major, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage and analyze data effectively.
