Roles & Responsibilities
> Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner.
> Identify customers’ needs and wants, give your best to clarify information.
> Research every issue and provide solutions to customers.
> Follow up on customer calls where necessary.
> Go the extra mile to engage with customers.
> Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
> Follow our internal assigned quality communication “scripts”.
> Build strong relationships with customers by being professional and supportive.
> Managing & attending to Customer Complaints.
> Raising of Tickets & Escalations as & when deemed necessary.
> Responding to emails, Social Media Interactions & Web Chat within agreed time frames and within the agreed scripts.
