Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Statement of Advice (SoA):
� Lead the preparation, drafting, review, and finalisation of comprehensive Statements of Advice (SoA).
� Ensure that each SoA is clear, compliant, and tailored to the client's financial situation and objectives.
� Collaborate closely with Financial Planners and clients during meetings to obtain necessary information and provide expert insights into the SoA process.
Client Meeting & Data Analysis:
� Prepare and compile detailed financial data analysis, including cash flow analysis and client portfolio reviews.
� Research and analyse financial products to support the development of robust SoAs and other financial planning recommendations.
Implementation & Administrative Support:
� Assist with insurance quotes, new product applications, investment transfers, and other implementation tasks as required.
� Manage, record, and monitor client annual reviews, ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory standards.
� Oversee compliance administration, including reporting, financial crime administration, and maintaining updated compliance training programmes.
� Provide IT programme support by liaising with service providers for system updates and issue resolution.
Team Collaboration:
� Participate in regular team huddles and workflow meetings to ensure a cohesive approach to delivering high-quality SoAs and client service.
� Work autonomously in a remote/hybrid environment, while supporting Financial Planners to achieve business targets.
