Full job description

We need Fresher/Trainee.

Excelent communication in english is must.

Education: MBA, BBA

Stipend: Rs.5000 per Month (After completion of 6 months of training period you will be hired as Associate HR position and salary will be paid based on performance)

HR Activities

Recruitment Sourcing, screening, conducting interviews for all levels of management.

Employee Engagement Activities like birthday etc.

Grievance management Implement a robust grievance management system where employee grievances are sorted out in the most effective way

Leave Management Ensure leave management system is in place for concierge team as well as other teams

HR Operations conducting joining formalities, preparing offer letters, exit formalities, induction of new joiners

Experience Required: 0 - 1 years
