What You’ll Do

Lead company-wide financial forecasting, cash flow modeling, and long-term planning.

Create dynamic models to support debt strategy, capital allocation, and profitability scenarios.

Partner directly with our Private Equity sponsor on reporting, performance updates, and strategic planning.

Develop and maintain forward-looking financial models aligned to the evolving business model.ls

Deliver board-ready analysis that supports business cases, growth planning, and M&A evaluation.

Track and interpret performance trends across business units, identifying areas of risk and opportunity.

Support leadership with actionable insights around margin optimization, staffing, and cost structure.

Establish and refine core FP&A processes as the business scales.
