Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our client’s team. This role requires someone with a keen eye for design, a passion for fine jewellery, and strong interpersonal skills to deliver an exceptional client experience.
As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, guiding them through product selection, and ensuring a seamless and memorable buying journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage clients, offering personalized assistance throughout their in-store experience
- Understand client preferences and recommend suitable jewellery pieces with confidence and knowledge
- Share the brand’s story, craftsmanship, and value with passion and authenticity
- Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions using internal systems
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business
- Ensure the showroom is maintained to the highest standards of presentation and readiness
- Collaborate with the internal team on stock updates, new arrivals, and customer feedback
Qualifications & Desired Traits
- Prior experience in luxury retail or jewellery sales is preferred
- A strong interest or background in art, fashion, design, or aesthetics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine service mindset with the ability to connect with high-end clientele
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up abilities
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field is advantageous
