Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Salesperson Aspirant located in Davao, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for liaising with clients to buy, sell, and lease properties, conducting property showings, managing listings, consulting on investment opportunities, and negotiating deals. The role also involves continuous client interaction to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Excellent Customer Service skills

Aspire to possess a valid Real Estate License

Knowledge of Real Property and Real Estate markets

Strong Sales skills

Strong negotiation and communication abilities

Proficiency in market research and property valuation

Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment

Previous experience in real estate is a plus

Relevant educational background in real estate or related fields
