Job Description
Responsibilities:
To provide secretarial and administrative support to procurement department including handling correspondence and coordinating internal and external communications.
To ensure fillings/documentations are properly maintained and easily retrieved in accordance to ISO requirements.
To communicate with suppliers with purchase contract, shipment schedule and invoicing.
To monitor suppliers’ product quality according to standard specifications agreed.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of specific task given by superior.
To assist in incoming and outgoing correspondences and meetings.
Proficiency in using Systems Applications and Product (SAP) system, Windows, and Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point.
To backup for teammates and perform their scope or responsibilities when needed.
To perform other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirement:
Possessed at least Diploma/Degree.
Prefer 2 to 3 years of working experience in related field.
Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
