About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Patient Relations Executive for our Aesthetics and Cosmetics vertical. The role involves counseling patients, sharing treatment-related information, coordinating consultations, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying patient journey. This is a client-facing role and requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for patients seeking aesthetic and cosmetic treatments.

• Share detailed information regarding doctor profiles, consultation processes, treatment plans, and procedures.

• Counsel patients effectively and address all their queries with clarity and empathy.

• Coordinate with doctors, hospital teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up schedules.

• Proactively assist with pre-treatment and post-treatment communication and support.

• To ensure lead conversion and patient satisfaction (sales).

Must-Have Skills:

• Fluency in English (spoken and written)

• Understanding of hospital operations, medical terminology, and especially aesthetics and cosmetic treatments

• Strong communication and listening skills

• Confident, proactive, and quick in responding to patient concerns

• A team player with a sales-driven mindset

• Organized and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the aesthetics/cosmetics domain is highly desirable

• An educational background in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, Nursing, or related fields is a plus

• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and interest in the domain are welcome to apply
