Interior Design Internship (Paid)

Location: Remote for max 3 months – transitioning to Hybrid

Duration: 3–6 months (flexible based on qualifications)

Commitment: 20 hours per week

Mukura Ceramics – a premium manufacturer of ceramic blocks for facades, partitions, and secondary skins – is offering an internship opportunity for architecture or interior design students who are creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about sustainable design.

We are looking for an In-house Interior Designer Intern to collaborate directly with our project team and contribute to the development of design solutions for premium residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

Create drafts and 3D renderings for ongoing and upcoming projects

Develop design concepts that creatively integrate Mukura products

Prepare compelling presentations and project proposals

Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design feasibility

Organize and archive project files, design boards, and references

Qualifications:

Final-year student in Architecture or Interior Design

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other rendering software

Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

Creative, detail-oriented, and has a strong design sense

Interest in sustainable architecture is a plus
