About the internship

As a Human Resources (HR) intern at TGC Technologies Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and expand your skillset in the dynamic field of HR. Your proficiency in MS-Office, spoken and written English will be utilized to support various HR functions within the company.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in recruitment processes including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.

2. Support employee onboarding activities by preparing documents, coordinating training sessions, and facilitating orientation programs.

3. Maintain HR records and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

4. Assist in organizing staff events and activities to promote a positive work culture and employee engagement.

5. Assist in HR policy development and implementation to ensure alignment with company goals and regulations.

7. Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed, including responding to employee inquiries and preparing reports.
