Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives and legal requirements.
Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances and providing support to employees and managers.
Administer payroll and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data privacy compliance.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to support the company's goals, ensuring effective HR Management.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Proven experience in HR Management, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
