Placement Requirements for Elyte Sales Accelerator Cohort 3
To ensure each participant is well positioned for success—and for the guaranteed interview placements—applicants must meet the following criteria:
Professional Background
Minimum of a Diploma qualification.
At least 6 months of work experience (any industry) or demonstrated engagement in extracurricular leadership, sales, or customer-facing roles.
Sales Aptitude & Motivation
Clear interest in pursuing a career in agency sales.
Willingness to set—and be held accountable to—weekly performance goals.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement (e.g., past participation in workshops, courses, or self-study).
Technical & Logistical Readiness
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a computer or laptop capable of video conferencing.
Familiarity with basic office software (e-mail, spreadsheets, document editors).
A quiet, distraction-free workspace for live workshops and practice calls.
Availability & Time Commitment
Ability to attend twice-weekly live sessions (2 hours each(Compulsory). and daily pod check-ins (30 minutes).
Time to complete weekly assignments, pitch rehearsals, and CRM exercises (approx.20 hours per week.).
Assessment & Portfolio Submission
Completion of a short online application form, including:
A personal statement (200–300 words) outlining your sales interests and career objectives.
A brief video (1–2 minutes) delivering an “elevator pitch” for a product or service of your choice.
Submission of an updated résumé.
References & Conduct
Provision of two professional or academic references (contact details and brief context).
Agreement to program policies on attendance, academic honesty, and professional conduct.
