Your Role: As a Contact Center Cruise Sales Consultant, you’ll be the trusted advisor to our most discerning guests - crafting bespoke travel experiences aboard our iconic ships. This is your chance to bring dreams to life while selling one of the most luxurious products in the world.

You will:

Sell exclusive cruise journeys and luxury shore-side offerings to high-net-worth clientele through outbound calls.

Deliver white-glove service that exceeds expectations and leaves a lasting impression.

Foster strong client relationships with a consultative, concierge-style approach.

Coordinate with global teams to ensure seamless, end-to-end customer satisfaction.

Identify upsell opportunities and ensure every guest interaction is optimized for value and loyalty.

Manage and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and referrals.

Who We’re Looking For: You're not just a salesperson—you’re a polished, client-first professional who can thrive in a luxury setting. If you have the drive, the poise, and the passion, you’ll fit right in.

A college degree (any field; Hospitality, Communication, etc.)

3+ years in consultative sales—experience in luxury travel, hotels, insurance, luxury brands or real estate is ideal

Proven ability to engage high-profile and VIP clients with discretion and elegance

Willing to work on-site in Makati and night shift hours

Excellent interpersonal skills, strong active listening, and emotional intelligence

A refined, confident presence and unwavering professionalism
