Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to customers and potential clients.

Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills.

• The Candidate needs to call customers and confirm their address to deliver some parcels.

• Once the parcel is delivered again call the customer and confirm that they have received the parcel.

• Candidate also have to maintain the data and follow-up with the courier company for the smooth delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum Graduate with 2-3 years of experience
