Position: Administrative Support

Location: Cyberscape Ortigas Beta, Ortigas Center, Pasig City

Role Purpose:

Provide comprehensive support to staff, faculty, and management, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and handling inquiries.

Data Management:

Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Conduct regular internal checks for data accuracy and handle sensitive information discreetly.

Reporting:

Assist in generating reports (enrollment statistics, financial reports) and prepare presentations for meetings.

Student Enrollment:

Manage enrollment files, conduct MOE ENROLL, update student records, and ensure compliance with enrollment procedures.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with visa and insurance record-keeping, follow up on expiring or expired documents.

Conduct internal audits to review processes and recommend improvements.

Financial Coordination:

Monitor payments from students and parents, coordinating with the finance department for timely processing.

Accommodation Management:

Coordinate accommodation bookings and invoicing, ensuring standards are met.

Assessment Support:

Provide support for UPELT assessment tasks.

Attendance Monitoring:

Ensure attendance monitoring procedures comply with regulations and issue relevant letters as necessary.

Additional Tasks:

Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors or management.
