Responsibilities
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base, including software enhancements and additional service offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams, including solution delivery and product management, to align customer requirements with organizational capabilities and ensure successful implementation of customized solutions.
Manage the commercial relationship with customers, including drafting proposals, negotiating agreements, and overseeing invoicing processes.
Drive growth in annual recurring revenue (ARR) by successfully managing existing accounts and acquiring new customers.
Create and deliver impactful presentations and proposals
Monitor account performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to both clients and the organization.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competing.
Requirements
Proven experience in account management related to information technology, preferably within software sales or a related field.
Experience in solution selling or professional services delivery in B2B or B2G is highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in business, technology marketing, or an industry related field, or equivalent.
Exposure to land or mineral rights management, other geospatial-based systems or compliance solutions (preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and software.
