Transformation & Transition Manager (Start-up Shared Services) - NES

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Process Optimization and Documentation:

Evaluate processes for efficiency and automation opportunities.

Lead improvement initiatives in HR, Finance, and IT.

Create, update, and distribute process documentation and SOPs.

Implement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.

Facilitate training sessions on best practices.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.

Data Analytics:

Distill complex data sets into actionable operational metrics.

Project Management:

Support global transitions, including task tracking and risk identification.

Embed company PMO standards into all project management activities.

System Ownership:

Act as a Business Analyst for functional area systems.

Collaborate with system admins to ensure use of current versions.

Drive adoption of new features that align with business goals.

Process Migration Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive migration strategy to ensure seamless transition of processes to new systems or platforms.

Data Integrity Assurance: Verify and validate data accuracy during the migration process to prevent loss or discrepancies.

Post-Migration Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting after migration to ensure processes function effectively and meet business needs.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree graduate in any related field

With at least 5 years of solid experience in process optimization and improvement methodologies.

With experience in actual process migration from the BPO or shared services industries

Strong background in project management, data analytics, and relevant tools.

Proficient in operational data reporting and KPI analysis.

Willing to work in a NIGHT SHIFT schedule
