Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the creation and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and provide guidance for the execution of strategies
Oversee the development, content management and optimal performance of websites and microsites for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
Proactive to ensure all the digital marketing platforms are up to date with vulnerability checks, advanced plugin, 2FA status and regulatory requirements.
Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, including Illustrators, Web design and UX experts, Webmasters, Mobile and App DevOps, Data analysts, Content creators, SEO specialists, social media managers and Influencers.
Directly responsible for the management of all the social media platforms operated by the bank and direct oversight of all the social media platforms.
Develop and implement social selling, social media marketing and content marketing to drive UCG user content generation pull, increase followership, brand presence and engagement.
Execute global best practice for influencer marketing and management leveraging trends, reach and target audience.
