Position: Senior Manager - Soft Services & Facility Management

Experience: 5 to 8 years

Location: Delhi/NCR

Key Responsibilities

1. Facility & Property Management

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations to ensure smooth functioning.

• Manage soft services like housekeeping, technical, pantry, and waste management.

• Monitor property maintenance and ensure compliance with safety standards.

2. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Identify, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors and service providers.

• Ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of issues with vendors.

3. Operations & Project Planning

• Plan and execute facility-related projects, including office expansion and renovations.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all facilities.

4. Manpower Planning & Team Management

• Lead and manage facility teams, ensuring optimal allocation of manpower.

• Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability within the team.

5. Budget & Cost Management

• Prepare, monitor, and control budgets for facility and administration activities.

• Implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.

6. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory compliances related to facility management.

• Promote workplace safety through regular audits and risk assessments.

7. Client & Office Administration

• Manage office administration, ensuring a conducive work environment for employees.

• Address and resolve employee facility-related concerns promptly.

8. Technical Knowledge & Preventive Maintenance

• Coordinate with technical teams for equipment and infrastructure maintenance.

• Implement processes to reduce downtime and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications
