Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and result-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Siliguri. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and achieving targets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities

• Build and maintain strong customer/distributor relationships

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth operations

• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback

Requirements:

• Local male candidate preferred

• Prior experience in sales will be an added advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Salary: ₹20,000 per month (fixed) + T.A
