Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist the Business People Partner and business managers in developing and maintaining an updated filing system of Organization Data such as Tables of Organization, Task Analysis Worksheets and Job Descriptions, updating entries in iHRIS and generating related iHRIS reports. Assist in the development of Job Descriptions, Job Competency Matrix and Job Qualifications when necessary.
Manage the People Requisition Approval Process ensuring accuracy and completeness of information and supporting documents, as well as monitoring its timely approval.
Handle talent acquisition activities:
Hold intake and calibration sessions with Hiring Managers
Assist in grassroots sourcing. Posting job vacancies on various job platforms including employee referrals and internal candidates bulletin
Conduct screening interviews for both external and internal candidates to generate a shortlist of top candidates
Administer pre-employment examinations
Schedule interviews with Hiring and Next Level Managers
Oversee the selection process
Handle pre-boarding of final candidates:
Obtain pre-employment requirements and compensation information
Draft the offer calculation and secures approval
Prepare Job Offer Sheet
Conduct Job Offers for Staff level employees.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entry of new employee information in iHRIS
Handles on-boarding of new hires
Schedule orientation sessions and prepare onboarding itinerary
Ensure completion of all onboarding tasks in the onboarding checklist
Prepare employment contract and probationary standards
Handle check-in with probationary employee and initiates regularization process
Facilitate documentation and prepare onboarding itinerary for internal transfers
Supports the Business People Partner in organizational development, change management, employer branding, employee engagement, talent management, performance management and attrition review initiatives.
Handle learning needs compilation, co-facilitate learning needs analysis, promote learning pathways covering core, technical and leadership capabilities. Assist staff and managers in navigating the learning portal and enrollment to formal training classes and acts as learning secretariat for assigned programs.
