Job Description

We are looking for a Payment Solutions Intern to join our growing business!

Support the Payments Solutions team and other tax teams in managing and ensuring the

accuracy of finance-related vendor data, including Vendor Invoices and Form 2307 collection and validation.

Assist the Payments Solutions team in resolving merchant invoice and payment issues by receiving concerns, analyzing cases, implementing solutions, and maintaining communication with business partners.

Create and maintain spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document cases and incidents.

Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Accountancy, Finance, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with excellent organizational abilities and a strong personal work ethic.

A genuine desire to make an impact in a fast-growing organization and collaborate with an agile team.

Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) or equivalent productivity tools.

Willingness to report to the foodpanda PH head office in BGC.
