Partner - Wealth Management - Bank

We are seeking Partners for one of the established Private Banks, which focuses on managing high-net-worth client portfolios and providing investment advice. This role is instrumental in acquiring HNI & UHNI clients and building relationships with the bank.

Job Purpose:

This role plays a critical part in acquiring HNI & UHNI clients and building strong relationships with the bank. The goal is to sell Investment & Insurance products to Private Banking clients and generate fee income.

Key Responsibilities:

• Nurture and manage end-to-end customer relationships by fulfilling their banking needs through wealth solutions provided by the Bank.

• Provide a seamless banking experience from a product and interpersonal point of view. Achieve organizational objectives of high customer satisfaction scores.

• Acquire customers through natural market, open market activities, references from internal sources via existing branch and digital networks.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Ensure regulatory compliance.

• Forge effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Focus on delivering exceptional service to meet customer needs.

• Drive results-oriented execution to achieve team and individual targets.

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead high-performing teams.

• Ensure adequate staffing levels within the team.

• Achieve target performance metrics from team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, mathematics, commerce, arts, science, biology, business, computers, or management. Preferably an MBA or PGDM.

• Minimum 10-18 years of relevant experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or a related field.
