Microfinance Bank, Branch Manager

o oversee the daily operations of the microfinance branch, ensure profitability, drive loan and deposit mobilization, and ensure efficient customer service and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all branch staff, ensuring productivity and discipline.

Drive business growth by sourcing new customers and expanding loan and deposit portfolios.

Supervise and monitor all branch operations including loan processing, disbursement, recovery, and savings mobilization.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements .

Review and approve loan applications within set approval limits.

Monitor loan portfolio performance and enforce timely recovery of loans.

Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly branch reports to head office.

Organize customer engagement and financial literacy sessions in the community.

Manage risk, perform branch-level internal controls, and coordinate with internal audit teams.

Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
