Job Description
Responsibilities of the position
Data Entry (Infynity) -Review client applications and enter all fact find data into infinity, noting any required information
that may be missing.
Compliance - Create and complete the statement of credit assistance using the application information noted in Salesforce.
AOL submission (draft)- Using the salesforce application information, complete the AOL submission ensuring all data is accurate.
Complete the Lender checklist - Review the lender checklist and note any outstanding documents (if any)
Complete the MyMF checklist on all documents held Review all documents using the MyMF checklist to ensure: all documents are in date, that there are no discrepancies between documents and are noting the correct information.
Lender Follow up’s -Contact the lender for follow ups no greater than 3 days after submission.
Following up the Lender every 2 business days of the process (unless loan processor advises not to follow up) and updating the loan processor accordingly.
Valuation and Pricing - Complete valuation and pricing requests made by all staff members
Processing of discharge and miscellaneous forms - Assist the loan processors with completing manual forms
Loan processing issues - Notify Processing Leader/Team Leader of any loan application issues to resolve.
Ad Hoc Duties - As requested by Loan Processing leader or Team Leader
