IT Support

Job Description

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory and other systems.

Monitor IT systems and perform routine maintenance tasks.

Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including setup of equipment and accounts. - Escalate unresolved issues to senior technicians or system administrators as needed.

Document support requests, resolutions, and technical procedures.

Ensure adherence to IT policies, procedures, and security standards.

Job Requirement
