Handle end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise.
Administer and maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up to date.
Support the implementation and improvement of HR policies and procedures.
Manage timekeeping, attendance, and leave records in accordance with company policies.
Participate in salary benchmarking and assist in compensation and benefits administration.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends to support retention strategies.
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR labor regulations.
Support employee engagement initiatives and company culture development.
Requirements
Final year active student or fresh graduate majoring in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other relevant fields.
Strong interest and basic understanding of Human Resources, especially in Recruitment, Administration, and General HR functions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented, meticulous, and possesses good communication skills.
Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Able to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate high integrity.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity with HRIS systems is an advantage.
Willing to work fully on-site at Kokikit, Pagedangan - BSD, Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM.
Immediate availability is a plus.
