Position Overview:

We are seeking a Junior HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. You will serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. Your primary responsibilities include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g., employment records and onboarding guides), and updating internal databases.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls and take messages professionally.

Schedule interviews with a minimum return rate of 70%.

Capture daily applications and issue them to the admin office.

Assist with event bookings and signing contracts as needed.

Perform basic office duties while maintaining a positive attitude.

Keep a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements:

A valid Matric certificate and South African ID.

Clear criminal record.

Must be between the ages of 18-29.
