Finance Staff for Food Manufacturer 47132

We are seeking a Finance Staff member to join our team, responsible for managing various forms of revenue and expenses within the organization. The role involves accounting functions such as check processing, accounts payable/receivable, and managing bank confirmations.

・Perform daily cash/check collection receiving, reporting, balancing, and posting through SAP system.

・Monitor and confirm receipt of bank-to-bank transactions.

・Ensure all Delivery Receipts are posted and delivered on the same day.

・Execute 3-way match when processing transactions (Sales Order, Delivery Receipt/Invoice, and Pick List).

・Investigate and manage corrections and credit memos.

・Reconcile Sales Return Slips with Sales Invoices and Credit Memos.

・Monitor and validate customer charges.

・Coordinate the schedule of collections with the collection staff.

＊Other task will assign time to time by Supervisor

Job Requirements:

・College graduate with a degree in Accountancy, Finance, Banking, or equivalent.

・At least 2 years of experience handling Treasury functions, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

・Proficient in SAP and experienced with treasury processes.

・Strong computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel and knowledge of Outlook and Word.

・Team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.

・Willingness to work extended hours when necessary.

・Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

・Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
