Demand Chain Innovation Asst. Supervisor

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Leads, assists, supports and controls group and process related to Import Parts Materials availability.

Responsible for overall accuracy of Production plan schedule.

Collaborates with Sales, Manufacturing and Logistics.

Spearheads emergency meeting in case of problem encountered.

Checks and analyzes problems encountered by the team and help make improvement and countermeasures.

Daily checking of Production Plan status and progress and problem issues.

Manages/controls correctness of PYMAC VICS System in terms of Production Sequence.

Checks and controls PYMAC order system accuracy of Order registration.

Responsible in making overall PSI Report (Materials Stock criteria, F.G and Production Volume)

Checks and analyze overtime capacity based on Volume Requirement.

In-charge for issuance of Monthly Master Production schedule base on SCM Meeting Result.

Prepares and leads Monthly Production Meeting report.

Participates and reports in a Monthly SCM meeting for Overtime, Materials inventory.

Creates improvement plan for DCI member staff for Productivity improvement.

Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

Graduate of any Engineering or Business Administration/Management courses.

With at least 2 - 3 years' experience in Planning and Ordering.

Analytical skills and managing decision, actions and judgement skills is desirable.

Proficient in MS Applications especially MS Excel.
