Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦120,000 monthly

About the Role
Naxawellness is seeking a proactive and articulate Customer Service Intern to support our growing client base. This role is perfect for a passionate NYSC member or intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in customer service within a wellness and healthcare environment. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for ensuring a smooth and supportive customer journey across our various channels.
We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a calm and empathetic approach, and a genuine interest in health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Support: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person with professionalism and warmth.
• Issue Resolution: Handle customer concerns promptly, escalating where necessary while ensuring a positive client experience.
• Follow-Up: Track customer issues and ensure timely updates and feedback are provided.
• CRM Management: Log all interactions in our systems accurately for effective follow-up and reporting.
• Customer Feedback: Collect and share customer insights with the team to improve products and services.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the health, fulfillment, and sales teams to ensure a seamless experience for every client.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress via NYSC); disciplines such as Communications, Psychology, Business, or any relevant field are welcome.
• Experience: Previous customer service or client-facing experience is a plus but not required.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using email, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
• Attitude: Positive, empathetic, and a good listener with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Location Requirement: Candidates must reside on the Island (Lagos). Applications from mainland residents will not be considered.
