Responsibilities
Assist the CRM team in managing and executing daily CRM campaigns.
Copywriting for CRM campaigns; Write and optimize copy for push notifications and other CRM touchpoints.
Support customer data analysis for segmentation and personalization of campaigns to boost customer retention and engagement.
Prepare and send CRM channel performance reports and analyze results for improvements and optimization (e.g Push notifications, Pop Up Banner & Email).
Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams on loyalty programs or other CRM initiatives.
Ensure customer data quality by assisting in updating and maintaining the CRM database.
Generate campaign and copywriting performance reports to evaluate which ones perform best and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Management, Business, Communication, or related fields.
Strong writing skills. Ability to write engaging, error-free content in various tones and styles, especially for push notifications and short-form messaging.
Ability to come up with new and exciting ways to engage customers through copy.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
Experience using CRM tools such as Insider, Braze, Kokatto, Qontak or similar platforms is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team, with analytical thinking and attention to detail.
High initiative and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
