What will you do?

This is a hybrid internship role as a Community Management Intern at Future Glow Philippines based in Quezon City. The intern will be responsible for day-to-day community engagement tasks, including Customer Support, Product Knowledge, Problem Resolution, Customer feedback, Complaint handling and Documentation.

Community Engagement and Community Management skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Strong organizational and time management skills

Experience in social media management is a plus

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
