Area Operations Control Associate/ Roving Teller

Responsibilities:

Receives and processes bank transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, encashment, time deposits, special savings deposits, cash loan releases to borrowers

Promotes the bank's products and services; performs cross-selling

Adheres to customer service procedures to ensure the consistent practice of highest standard

Attends promptly to customer requests, queries, and complaints

Verifies and balances assigned cash drawer daily with minimal cash variances

Performs account opening related functions

Validates the authenticity of all the requirements submitted

Assists the Area Operations Control Officer inmonitoring compliance of bank-wide policies in the assigned branchesand in the accomplishment of needed reports

Qualifications:

Graduate of any Business-related course

At least one year (1) of work-related experience

Knowledge of Bank Product and Operations

With understanding of bank operations and BSP rules and regulations

Amenable to be relocated
